alpenadiver
Hello, I'm in the process of RMA'ing a stick of Corsair CMX1024-3200C2PRO. It all started Friday when I got home from work, I went to check my email, and was met by a BSOD. So I rebooted then XP gave me a error that a config file was corrupt, I attempted to reinstall XP over itself, I recieved all kinds of file errors when copying files, so I tried reformating the drive, the format program ran for a hour, and only reached 45%. I then tried to run Ubuntu from the cd, and that was a no go. Same as trying to boot into Slackware. I then ran memtest with both sticks of memory, as soon as memtest started it errored, I then ran it with one stick, and found the bad stick. The memory was purchased from Newegg in March 2006.
