RMA 1003136 Status

I was upset since I haven't received my RAM back yet but since yours got there before mine and you still don't have it I guess I still have a lot of waiting to do.

 

After reading through these threads it looks like Corsair needs to change their return policy. I thought the advertised turnaround time was great. However the company makes a statement in their policy for processing time it better be able to meet or beat the expectations that they set. If Corsair can't get the replacements back in the amount of time stated there is an easy fix. Extend the turnaround time. I would rather wait longer than sit here in the dark wondering what is going on for days.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
