Wired
scratchy, please keep your questions concerning this RMA to this thread. Your other posts across various threads have been removed. I need to return a faulty memory module and get it replaced - But my question is: Can i only return one module - in the original casing etc? The reason i ask this is because i work a LOT on this computer - and i am unable to wait 6 days for both modules to be returned. I noticed someone else had the same problem and ramguy just told them to send the broken moduel ("replace them - or it") - http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=59932 - however the rma form states that i must return both. Of which i cannot do. AHHH - Please help Thanks in advance Yes, you can RMA only 1, but that's not recommended because there's no way anyone can guarantee the old and new sticks will match according to the TwinX testing specifications. scratchyrice
Ok thanks. I might have to take the risk and only send one because i need to use this computer for work, and the working module is the only one i have.
