Lost cap -> new mail ?

Hello,

 

I have lost the cap of my 2Gb flash voyager recently.

 

I saw in this support forum two mail in order to receive a new cap :

 

jackflash[AT]corsairmemory.com CSGMarketing[at]corsairmemory.com

 

So I have sent a mail to these two adress but I have no answer :(

 

Is there a new mail adresse to do this request ?

They will normally just send the cap when they are available, and normally it takes 10-15 days on average. But you can call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" after 8:00 AM Pacific Time tomorrow.

I've mailed them since 10 days :biggrin:

 

I will wait, it's not very urgent !

 

(Moreover, I'm french, it could probably takes more time !)
