Getting blue screens

I'm getting blue screens since I changed settings for my 6400C4D modules (2x 1 gigabyte). (I had to change back.)

Motherboard: P5N32-E SLI (1002)

CPU: E6700

I changed from the default 5, 5, 5, 18 to 4, 4, 4, 12, 2.1 volt, unlinked. I didn't have to change the speed since it was allready at 800.

The fsb was set at default (1066).

Did I do something wrong?

(I have since then changed the fsb to 1200. To be clear: the blue screens appeared when the fsb was set at 1066)

I left the voltage at 2.1 when I changed back (to 5, 5, 5, 18). Is that Okay?

By the way, how much performance boost do I get with the modules set at 4, 4, 4, 12 insteed of 5, 5, 5, 18? I don't want to tweak with the settings if it doesn't give me any noticeable speed increase.

Thanks

Allright. The 4, 4, 4, 12 settings didn't work (overclocking or not), so I have no choise but to use 5, 5, 5, 18...

I left the voltage at 2.1 when I changed back (to 5, 5, 5, 18). I presume that is okay?

Another question:

If I install two more modules of 6400C4D for a total of 4x1 gigabyte filling all 4slots on my motherboard, do I have to lower the RAM speed from 800 to 667?

I think I read something about that in this forum before.

Thanks
