Status Please

On 4/12/2007 I received an RMA for my 2 sticks of ram. They were shipped via FedEx and signed for on 4/27/2007. I have requested a status via email with no response so I'm hoping through the use of the forums I may get an update. They're probably in the mail. :biggrin:

 

My case number is #125297

 

Any update would be appreciated.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
