No contact

I sent in a pair of XMS DDR 3200 sticks of RAM a couple days ago, and have not received any message or notification as to their status. It's been four days, and according to the confirmation email I was sent with my rma #, I should be contacted on the status of the replacement parts. RMA# is 1004151
