RMA feedback

Hello dear RamGuy!

 

I sent a Flash Voyager 2Gb for RMA and I didn't receive any feedback from Corsair. On USPS track service shows you received my package at 1:26 PM on April 9, 2007 in FREMONT, CA 94538.

 

Near one month has passed and no info yet.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

P.S. I did send them a message and asked them to contact you ASAP but I would suggest you call them and ask them to help you get this resolved.

Thank you very much for your help. I received my FlashVoyager today (wow, that was really super fast).

 

Do you know what can cause this strange "dead drive" problem (so we can avoid the risks)?

Great and thank you for letting me know!

And I am sorry I do not have a reason for the specific failure, but we do look at all failures and make changes to improve performance and longevity of all of our products.
