FREIRINEITOR
hi i have corsair voyager.. 1GB.. last few days wen i plug in.. IT SAYS HI-SPEED USB PLUGGED INTO NON HI-SPEED USB HUB.. speed is very slow for both writing and reading from the drive.... wat to do?????? Hi Is normal, it is because you connect your Flash Voyager in a USB 1.1 Header o Controller, you need connect into USB2.0 port. Old USB 1.1 = 12Mb/s Current USB 2.0 = 480Mb/s Now, maybe that you need update your USB Drivers in your System or Update The Chipset Drivers for your Mainboard. Greetings and excuse my English

I connected on a USB 2.0 port, I tried on another computer, it's the same, I tried another Flash Voyager on my computer and it work fine. I think my Flash Voyager it's damaged. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 2, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 2, 2007 Please check with the MB and or system maker and see if the USB Ports are USB 2.0 or try another USB 2.0 device and see if you get the same error.
hlb99
I've already check this because I use my flash voyager since more than 1 year and I've tested the speed that was approximative 20Mo/s. but since I have the message of Windows, the speed not exceed 900ko/s I don't change anything on the driver, and I try with other computer on USB 2.0 port, but I've got the same problem.
