Hi

Is normal, it is because you connect your Flash Voyager in a USB 1.1 Header o Controller, you need connect into USB2.0 port.

Old USB 1.1 = 12Mb/s

Current USB 2.0 = 480Mb/s

Now, maybe that you need update your USB Drivers in your System or Update The Chipset Drivers for your Mainboard.

Greetings and excuse my English

I have the same problem since a cupple of weeks.

I connected on a USB 2.0 port, I tried on another computer,

it's the same, I tried another Flash Voyager on my computer and it work fine.

I think my Flash Voyager it's damaged.

I've already check this because I use my flash voyager since more than 1 year

and I've tested the speed that was approximative 20Mo/s.

but since I have the message of Windows, the speed not exceed 900ko/s

I don't change anything on the driver, and I try with other computer

on USB 2.0 port, but I've got the same problem.
