I sent my power supply to you some time ago. (UPS says you got it on the 12 and you said the 16th of April.) It is now the 30th and I still have not received it yet. Is there a problem? Case # 120175. RMA# 1000043. Thank you in advance.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

I have sent them a note and asked them to contact you.
