Bad Memory / RMA Assistant Error!

I've tested my ValueSelect 1GB DDR400 CL2.5 Kit with Memtest and it seems one of the RAM modules is defective. Now i tried the Corsair Tech Support Express at http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com/ but after submitting i receive an error message from the application server stating that there is an invalid character in the mail header. The other RMA form requires a post in there forums. What now? :(:
