RMA Request(CA, USA)

A while back I requested a RMA on a set of Value Select I have, submitted a RMA form, but have yet to recieve a response. I need to get some feedback here.

 

The request was regarding a pair of DDR333 with a number of:

 

5128-0550055-2-4798589

 

Please send a response to the e-mail address attached to this forum account, so this can be dealt with in a timely manner. I access from work, so I am limited to how often I can post here.

Maybe the other chip? Serial is the same, but the lot code is different:

 

4798590

 

Each module's 32MB chips are labeled as "Corsair 32M8BDB PR12C0549"

 

It's definitely Corsair memory, but it may have been mislabeled by the distributer if it was refurbished and sold without my knowledge. It would supremely suck if that were the case. Would submitting an image of them help?

No worries, the part# is VS512MB333 and you can call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" and ask them to help you, just tell them you submitted the RMA and have not heard from them.
