Think I have a Bad module in pair

Corsair TwinX2048-3200C2pt

Purchased 2X 1GB paired RAM modules from newegg.

Both modules ran fine for ~2 weeks, then Blue screen of death. Memtest86+ showed errors for one of the modules. Took out flagged module, (only good stick in MB slot1) ran Memtest86+ - no errors on remaining module. Took out good stick and put in flagged stick, (only the flagged stick was in MB slot1) - lots of errors.

Note - no overclocking, or mods. No additional RAM, other than these 2 modules. Computer has been running fine for over 2 weeks, with only the good stick in.

Bad module info - CMX1024-3200C2PT XMS3202v3.1.

Where do I go from here?

If this is indeed a bad module; since they are a matched pair, would I return both as a set, or only the single bad module?

Thanks for your help.
