jh616
I have a module of TWINX2X2048-6400. I bought them in Feb, 2006. The motherboard is ASUS P5B DELUXE. And the BIOS is latest: 1101. Few days ago, one stick of TWINX2X2048-6400 can't boot the system no matter which slot I put in! Same thing happed when I put the bad stick in a Gigabyte motherboard (GA-8I955X Royal) which I used before. So, I'm sure that stick is bad. But the problem is that, I bought this module in US, but now I'm in China. Can I have local support from Corsair in China, or should I fillin the RMA form and get RMA from US? Do you accept RMA request outside US?

jh616
Hi Ram Guy, Need your help again! Since you don't accept private massage, I write down my words here. I got the RMA# 1006538 for my TWIN2X2048-6400. I sent out the memory module from China on May 15, 2007 by FedEx. But yesterday I was told by FedEx that my memory was blocked by USA custom due to documents missing. FedEx told me that these documents should be provided by the recipient. So, FedEx had contacted Mario (From RMA Dept. Phone:510 657 8747, Email: mario) asking for his assistance. But there is no reply till now. I have also sent an email to Mario asking for his help today. Would you please also let him know the situation and ask him to keep in touch with FedEx and help to clear the custom? It is really urgent, because if we don't give the required documents to the custom in 5 working days, my memory will be return to China. Thanks a lot! jh616

jh616
Hi, RMA Dept. had received my bad memory module on May 23. But now it is June 4, and I haven't received new memory module, nor any information about delivery date of new module from Corsair. Would you please tell me when I can receive the new module? I'm in China, and not convenient to make IDD calls. Best regards, JH616
