memory not working correctly plz help

ok i have a asus crosshair motherborad and it was working perfectly until i got new ram the new ram is corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF i installed 4 gigs manally at 3-4-3-9 it was working perfectly for about 2 days then all the sudden i get 2 beeps on start up of the computer the lcd on the back said DRAM CHECK . So I called asus and they siad that my memory controller got fried so i sent them my motherborad and they replaced it. I just finished getting my motherborad back intalled everything back and after 1 hour of the computer being on i get the same error when i restrat computer now i am completely loss i have no idea what is going on. I have run memorytest86 on the memory and i get no errors. also sometimes it boots sometimes it doesn't boot. please help as have no idea what is going on

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.4 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.

 

And with 4 modules you may have to run the memory Frequency at 667 MHz at Cas 4-4-4-12 at 2.4 Volts but please test them one at a time at the tested settings.
