RMA Status - Case #102182

Hello

 

I sent out my RMA for Case #102182. I don't have the RMA # off hand, but that s the case number. I was wondering if it has been received yet. I sent it two weeks ago, three day mail. I assume it should have been received by now, but I haven't heard anything from Corsair.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

Hello

 

I have an update for my Case #102182...After waiting a long 3 weeks to receive my RAM in from RMA, I finally received it on Monday. I was soooo Happy!!

 

Unfortunately, only one of the sticks will post!!:mad:

 

I don't know what to do! Do I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my "new" system up and running properly!?!?

 

 

What do I do RAM Guy?!?! I'm at my wits end! :mad:
