majorfirefox
I purchased 2 x 1 GB sticks of XMS 6400 RAM and whenever I try to boot up my computer with both sticks in place the machine will not load the bios or anything. I took out both sticks and tried some RAM from a friend and the machine started up fine without a problem, so I then took one stick at a time to figure out if one or both are bad and the computer boots up fine with one of the sticks in but not the other one. Any help to getting this problem fixed would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

majorfirefox
Hello again, I submitted the RMA online forum but I haven't heard back, so I recently emailed the RMA support team and they told me to call to get a RMA number. I have called twice already with no one answering the phones either time, left a message once with my name, number, and a description of the problem I am having. I don't know what to do at this point. Please help.
