I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

It's been a month now, sending over five e-mails to the mentioned address - no reply whatsoever. :mad: The funny thing is that the "delivery & read receipts" are being returned successfully.

 

Is there a plan B? It's getting ridiculous.

Hi,

 

still nothing. It has been 2-3months from the time I shipped the ram and arrived at Corsair. I can't understand what is happening with customer support.

 

I would have been better off purchasing noname ram that work and if not bought 2-3 replacements at the same price of what I paid for Corsairs in the first place.

 

I know this is not yur problem ramguy but please ask CC to contact me ASAP since this is getting out of hand. I have had a on functional pc for months now.

Yes we have sent you several emails, you should call our customer service on the phone at 510-657-8747 or 888-222-4346 Ext "0" after 8:00 AM Pacific Time tomorrow and they can check your contact information.
