Problems w/Flash Voyager 1GB

Recommended Posts

I have kind of a weird issue with my Voyager 1GB. It was working fine for a while. Now, it is detected as a USB 2.0 hub and a disk drive, but the drive shows up as 0 bytes capacity. I am unable to format the drive or use it at all or retrieve any data that was on it. I've tried it on multiple machines (on which I use other thumbdrives) and I've had a friend try it on his Dell Latitude D820 (laptop) and his Dell Optiplex GX260 - it does not work on either system.

If there is something I can do to fix it, I'll do it. Otherwise, how do I get an RMA number?

Please try and format your Flash Voyager from a command Prompt with this syntax:

Format (X:) /FS:FAT32 /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager)

If you still have problems, let’s get it replaced. Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
