NEAOSS
After I formatted my Corsair Flash Voyager 16GB, I noticed that it takes ALOT longer to move the same size files than it did when it was formatted Fat32. Is this normal? I am using Windows XP BTW
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 17, 2007 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 17, 2007 That may be the case as the file system will sometimes change the Block size and change the performance. Format it back to Fat 32 and test it to be sure.
NEAOSS
Yes, when the drive is formatted as FAT32, it's ALOT faster.
