I really wish your website had some way to check rma status ourselves :(: EDIT: just called the toll free number and was told replacement ram would be shipped today. slugbug Posted April 20, 2007 Author Share Posted April 20, 2007 No I did not receive a call back, so I called yesterday and spoke to the RMA supervisor. He offered me a TWINX2048-3200C2PRO kit(which I accepted) and told me it would be shipped out next week when stock arrives. Today I received a package via UPS with TWINX1024-3200C2PRO :confused: I called back and am waiting for him to return my call again. angelfr Posted April 21, 2007 Share Posted April 21, 2007 I have the same problem as you. i send 2X 1Go(2Go with only one who don't work) and they return me 1Go I am not only one :roll: they steal you a module and after say you "Please either call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 and dial "0" or send a email to rma@corsairmemory.com" and no news when you send a email to rma@corsairmemory.com .... what can we do? nothing..
