Second one dead...

Recommended Posts

I purchased a 1GB Voyager (CMFUSB2.0-1GB) last summer, and in October it died (wasn't recognized in any Windows or Linux system). I requested an RMA and it was replaced quickly and has been working ever since...

That is until yesterday. I plugged it in, and it is now not being recognized as a USB drive anymore. The systems see 'something' being plugged into a USB port, but none recognize it as a drive. (FYI, an el-cheapo Verbatim 1GB flash drive that was purchased when the first Voyager died in October and is on the same keychain is still working fine.)

Can I get an RMA number to have this replaced?
