ECS PN2-SLI2 and XMS

I have four 1024 MB sticks of xms2 5400c4 RAM; my motherboard works fine with any two of the four but with all four I get the no-memory three beeps and it won't post. I tried lowering it to 533 but still no luck. Any suggestions for proper timing, voltage, and speed combinations?
