unanswered emails to rma service

To Ramguy

My emails concerning "only one module received !" as my original RMA - R235787 was a twin cm 2X1024-6400CD4 have been unanswered since 3/04/07.

I hope you can help since pursuing this matter by telephone is presently unobtainable due to my post-operative condition for throat cancer makes the

attempt too laboured and painful to accomplish.

I will be grateful for any help to get my emails answered

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

But I sent them a message and asked them to contact you ASAP, probably on Monday.

Thank you Ramguy for your help but no response from RMA service.I can accept

my error in label description (should of marked it " TWINX" instead of "CM 2X 1024") has led to this mishap in only receiving one module.But being unable to

state my case vocally via telephone is frustrating and having to depend on email

which is notoriously known to be overlooked and dismissed is disheartening.

As being my sole agent for resolution is deeply appreciated though patience is my new watch word as regarding my present disability. I just want to get my

other module back.

Got up this morning and discovered a very helpful email from Corsair. No doubt

that this communication is down to you and I thank you for your efforts and

respects to your kindly disposition. I have read these Corsair forums keenly And

it`s blatantly obvious you`re important to how "Ram consumers" relate to Corsair

when after sales support is essential when buying such products.

More misfortune , Got that email 18/04 from Janam Kaur which was very kind and helpful. Mentioned sending me a Usb Flash drive along with my missing module for my inconvenience. This late morning 25/04 UPS delivered the Flash

Voyager usb Drive but alas no CM 1x 1024 C Dominator. Very thankful for the

flash drive though still need my module back, My disability again makes my telephone communication very trying so I emailed Rma corsair . Still I hope you can

help me again as the Rma confided that my last emails was ending up in their

spam mail plus every Corsair consumer knows your sway borders on omnipotent !

Again please help .

I took out the direct name and emails for both of you for your protection, please do not post private addresses or phone numbers on the forum.

 

And the order for the module will be filled as soon as there is stock of the part, I would suggest you contact Janam for more details.
