RMA# R239275:huge delay, and lack of contact, me too!! ;)

Hi,

 

I'm living in France and I sent 2 failed twin 6400C4 1Gb modules since 03/15.

 

At this time, no news from your customer service...

 

I don't know if you have received my shipping...Or if it has been lost.

 

Could you, please, give me any informations ASAP?

i'living in france too!and i have the same probleme my RMA number is R243703

 

i send CM2X1024-6400 since 31/03/2007

and i have no new too

only 11 days but,i have send a message to rma@corsairmemory.com with

acknowledgement of delivery

for know if they have received my shipping

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

 

But I have sent our customer service a message and asked them to look into this case ASAP. You should get an email or phone call from them in the next few hours.

Hey guys,

I'm having a similar problem too :[pouts:

I sent my XMS Platinum to you from the UK on 29 March, RMA #R241940, Case #111286 and haven't been contacted since. Is it standard to recieve some kind of confirmation when an RMA'd unit arrives at Corsair? If not it should be! But basically i'm wondering when to wait til before I start claiming on postal insurance. If someone could chase it up i'd be grateful - my rig's limping along on 512 at the mo...

when we send a message to "rma@corsairmemory.com" we haven't got news!

 

the only answer that i had it is when you have help us

i received one of my

two module!!!:mad:

 

i send you a twin 1024-6400 modules (2 modules!! )

 

only one of my two modules don't worked but i send you the two modules

and you returned me only one module!!

 

BUT with my parcel it was written Returning Qty: 1

Returning Part #: CM2X1024-6400

 

for me 2X 1024 wanted to say 2 modules!:o:

bref,YOU you didn't see that there was 2 modules in my parcel?:confused: :evil:

 

can you send me my other module ASAP?:!:

As I have told you I am sorry but you would need to talk to our customer service 510-657-8747 Ext "0" or rma@corsairmemory.com and they can check for you. I will send them another message for you but I am sorry that is all I can do.

 

I do see an email from you if your name is Ilan G and I will ask them contact you ASAP.

je pense que je vais commencé a expliquer a mes clients qu'il ne faut pas acheter Corsair mais O c Z , C rus ial etc...

j'aime pas la censure !! surtout quand on asume pas le service acheter !
