RMA #R241992 Update

I would like an update please... I sent my ram via U.S. Postal nearly 3 weeks ago and have not received an email or phone call in regards to my RMA. I also just sent rma@corsairmemory.com an email in regards to this.

 

3 weeks is a little long for an RMA and from the looks of these forums it seems you all are having some problems. I hope to see a package on my doorstep within the next week.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
