USB Connector

Hi,

I'm interested in getting me a Voyager Flash GT 2.0GB USB drive. There is one thing I have concerns about: What is it about this problem with the USB connector? I've read a review on "everything USB", where they state that the problem would result from a gap between the circuit board and the USB connector.

Is this problem solved by now, or do I better get an other drive to make sure?

Is there a product available from corsair having the same features built in just an other casing?

Thanks!

M.

Hi,

yes of course. Here it is http://www.everythingusb.com/corsair_flash_voyager_gt_4gb_12200.html

It's almost at the bottom of the article - just above the image of the stripped Voyager.

I'd really love to hear that this problem was solved, so the drive won't break by everyday use - I'd really love to buy it.

Edit:

By accident I stumbled over the original article which is referenced at "Everything USB":
