What can i do?

hi, i tried to phone but they said you are closed (and i am calling from malta) so i did not keep on calling. My problem is that i sent a part back, because you told me to, in order to change it, RMA# R217883, CASE# 47159, anyway, usps said that the item was delivered to you on the 2nd April 2007, but now, a week has gone by and you haven't been contacting me yet, what should i do? :confused:

I am sorry we are no longer able to check RMA status, please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" or 510-657-8747 Ext "0". Monday Threw Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Excluding holidays.

hi, i am trying to contact corsair on the number you gave me with the extension you gave me too, but still, nobody is answering me. Is it that they are on holiday for some reason, stock taking or something? coz i cannot reach corsair in anyway
