RMA w/o label attached?

My brother purchased a pair (VS2GBKIT533D2) of memory modules and installed them in his system. I diagnosed via memtest that one of them was the source of his troubles installing the OS. He, not knowing it mattered, removed the stickers/labels from each module before installing them. He has both labels, they just aren't on the memory modules any more. I'm wondering if the bad module can still be RMA'd without this attached.

I am sorry but the Label would need to be attached, I would suggest you contact our customer service and see what they might be able to do, please call them at 888-222-4346 Ext "0" or 510-657-8747 Ext "0".
