Replacement RAM no good.

Recommended Posts

I recently received my warranty replacement back and one of the sticks is DOA. They are TwinX XMS 2048-3200C2PRO kit and one stick does not work. I tried different slots, manual setup in BIOS, made sure the contacts are clean, and it still won't post. The other stick works fine as I booted into windows and ran MemTest for about 2 hours on it. What do I do now. This is getting annoying as the memory I sent in was a 2GB kit of DDR500 and since you don't make that anymore I had to settle for something less. Do I have to go through the RMA process again?

FYI: I am very good with PC's so please don't doubt my abilities when answering my questions.

Thank you
