Bad RAM - Help, RMA?

MMSQ3

Recommended Posts

I have two sticks of CMX1024-3200C2PT RAM that I believe have gone bad. I was wondering if I could get some assistance with an RMA and what else to do, as this is my first time dealing with Corsair.

Thanks!

Went ahead and posted the full specs for the ram (though i'm sure you have them for the ram) and mobo.

I left the default settings on both the RAM and the CPU [2.66 Ghz Intel P4]. I have tried both sticks separately, and the same problems occur, which are artifacts (even in the load up screens) and locking up. With other ram sticks this was not an issue.
