Ran Memtest and found errors on RAM stick

Hey, I recently purchased a twin RAM stick pack of TWINX1024-3200XLPRO and I suspected that one of the sticks had errors on it so I ran memtest86 and sure enough one of the sticks came up with errors, how can I get this fixed as I'm only running 512mb in my system instead of the 1024mb I payed for? thx!
