Flash Voyager 8GB on a PowerMac G5 OSX 10.4.8

I recently purchased the 8GB flash voyager. When I try to empty the stick by deleting the files, it still says I only have partial memory. Everthing I've put on it and taken off is still there apparently. How do I reformat it? I can erase it with disk utility, but I don't know which format to use. I called Corsair's help line and they told me I needed to format with FAT32, but I don't have that option in disk utility. Please help.

Thanx,Jesh

What type of format should I use? Here are my choices:

MAC OS Extended ( journaled)

Mac OS Extended

Mac OS Extended(case-sensitive,journaled)

Mac OS Extended(case-sensitive)

MS-DOS File System

UNIX File System

Cool! That worked. Do I have to erase it with disk utility every time? It would be nice if I could just drag things to the trash, but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a quicker way to empty the stick of memory?
