kingkube
I need a post number from Ram Guy so I can get an RMA for my Flash Voyager 512M drive. In the last couple of days it has stopped working properly. I can place files on it but when I try to read those files the drive will not mount. I have repartitioned and reformatted several times but the problem persists. Any ideas? I am on a mac. Thanks
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 27, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 27, 2007 Can you try and format the drive in a Windows system from a command prompt with this syntax? Format (X:) /FS:FAT32 /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager)
kingkube
Now the drive cannot even be recognized by any computer. You put it in and the blue light just continually flashes but it never initializes. Any other thoughts? BTW Still have never heard anything from Corsair about my RMA request.
