I've emailed your company twice this week with no response. I returned faulty memory for a replacement over two weeks ago and have heard nothing. This is the second memory stick I've had to return from your company in the past year.

 

Please advise when I will receive my replacement memory. Your policy states returns are processed within 24 hours and shipped via 3 day. You received my memory on 3/5/2007, well over 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing. Your customer service is horrendous.
