Problems with Flash Voyager USB 2.0 Stick

I have been using the Corsair 1GB Flash Voyager USB memory stick for about 2 years with no problems. Last week when attempting to open files from it, it came up with messages that the source files could not be read. Now it seems to have given up completely. When viewing the properties of it, it states that there is 0 Bytes used space and 0 Bytes available space. This is the same on various different PCs. I have tried to 'check disk' it and reformat it, all to no avail. Is there anything I can try, or can I return it under warranty?

Yes from a command Prompt try and use this syntax to format it.

Format (X:) /FS:FAT32 /U (X=the drive letter assigned to the Flash Voyager)

If you still have problems, let’s get it replaced. Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!

I just got an RMA for my Corsair 512 meg today. But was wondering can I upgrade it instead getting another 512 meg?


Or just get it replace and buy a new upgrade. I am willing to pay the difference.
