:question:

I'm from Germany, for Waranty and Replacment must i send you my two TWINX-Modules.

Is it right that:

1. I must pay the shipping fee from Germany to USA (your Adress)?

2. You pay the shipping fee from USA to Germany (my Adress) to get my replacement back?

3. Could I become my shipping fee back from you? It costs 48 Euro from Germany (The Memory costs the same...)?

4. If I not get the shipping fee back and I had became my RMA-Nr. from you, how long can I wait to use this RMA-Nr. (shipping the defekt Modules?)

Because I fly at May,31.2007 to New York - it could be cheaper to send the package from there to you? I don't know?

5. If it is cheeper (do you know the prices from New York to you (Califonia)?), which should i use? UPS, Fed-EX, or somebody else???

Yes you would pay the shipping to us and we pay the shipping back to you, and yes it would be cheaper to send them from New York, exactly how much I am not sure you would need to check with the respective shippers. You might also check with your reseller and see if they will help you.

But how long can I use my RMA#? I could only fly at May,31.2007 to New York.

And I couldn't ship it before June,1.2007 (beside June,2.2007 is my birthday ;-))):roll:

 

I don't know what shipping services are in NewYork?

 

I don't know how long it go from NewYork to Califonia (I think 1 Week?? What you mean?)

 

Must I get for this long waiting time (2-3 Months) a new RMA-Number?

Its O.K. the RMA will still be Valid, and there is about any method you want in New York, But I would suggest UPS or FEDEX for fastest Service or you can get Express service at the US Post office just ask for tracking and Insurance.

I'll ship ist from NewYork. Thanks for waiting this 2-3 Months to get my Modules, and thanks for get valid my RMA# for this long time.

 

:question: Does the RMA# never became unvalid? :question:

 

Please, can you give me a link to automatically generate a shipping label with my RMA# for my return? :question:

(So, that i can't make a mistake for shipping from NewYork to you)

Hi Corsair-Support-Team,

 

I'd write a short Mail before I travel to NewYork - here it is.

 

I'm going to fly from Germany to New York on 31st of Mai 2007.

I'd ship the Twin-Modules to you on the 1st or 2nd of June 2007.

Thanks to hold open my RMA# (R241518)

 

Please send me a short eMail, because I'd be sure that everything is O.K.

 

I'd hope, that I will nothing forget to send with in the package.

You will need to mail this to our customer service at rma@corsairmemory.com and or call them at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0" but I am sure the RMA is still valid. I will send them a message and ask them to check, but its best if you talk to them.

I don't would like to call there, because my english is not so good (... and it will costs much money to phone from Germany to USA). I hope I will get an answer from my eMail.

I am not sure I have an email from you or not but all of the emails I have replied to that looked like you, if you have no reply from me or our customer service let me know!

 

I Got a Mail:

 

"Hello,

That RMA# you have is no longer Valid. Please have a new one created for you Thanks"

It comes from "rmaservice@corsairmemory.com"

because it is obsolete but instead we bumped you up and gave you TWINX

In my opinion the Timings of TWINX1024-3200C2PT are "2-3-3-6", isn't it?

The Timings of my RAM-Modules "Twinx1024-3200xl" are "2-2-2-5" !!!

 

From Your Product-Page:

TWINX1024-3200XL XMS3200 1024MB 2-2-2-5 2x184 DIMM

I need and would get these Timings or better one, I have paid for.

In my opinion I have a WARANTY for the same one I have or better!

I hope you can understand me?

 

Or would you like to give me as a compensation two pices of TWINX2048-3200C2PT?

 

It is only one of my TwinX-Modules defect.

I need the faster Timings!

I agree its part of policy to give you the same or better part in return, I have just spoke to the RMA supervisor and he will get this taken care of ASAP

He also told me they might have XMS3200XL parts to return to you and I asked him to give you the choice. But they will contact you again in just a bit.

NP did you get some type of communication from our customer service?

Yes, I'm a little confused, but I hope I understand it right. I post my eMails to Your Adress (My Name ist in the Subjectline), because I don't know if I should send my eMails here.

 

From my last eMail to him I got no Answer, I hope that I have it understand right.

The Tracking ID from FedEx is: 468393756921898

 

I hope you'll get it?!

 

I don't know why the Package is in KAESBEY, NJ from 2nd of June until now(Is it near by you?)
