Cannot Access Flash Drive

Hello,

Whenever I try to access my flash drive, I receive a message saying that the disk is not formatted and it then asks me if I want to format it now. When I click yes, it says that the disk is write protected. Also, the drive is not shown as what I named it in My Computer (it shows as "Removable Disk (F:)"). Lastly, whenever I enter the Corsair Flash Voyager Utility, I cannot enter the secure drive. The only options I see are Format, Partition or Make Bootable Disk. Can someone please help me with this matter? Thanks in advance for your help.

Kia

PS: This case has happened on two computers (one if Windows XP and the other is Windows Vista)

When I try that I still get the same message that says the disk is write protected and that I cannot format it. I'm afraid I may need to get a replacement. Can you please help me with this matter? How does it work? Do I request an RMA and a replacement gets sent? And then in that same package I put my dead flash drive and send it back? Thanks for your help.
