What do I need to do?

I have a 1G set of Corsair TWINX XSM3200 400mhz Part # CMX512-3200C2PT.

 

Below is my system info, The sticks won't read and memtest is all errors. Physical memory will read 1G.

 

What do I need to do? {Below is before I put the sticks in.}

Yea I know, first time on this forum. Compaq Model# Presario SR1550NX, No I am not mixing them. I have 767 some other company ram. I got it from a friend and I just thought there was a way to make it work. Everything runs halfway. it's like it only works 65%.
