Raa
Hey Guys After great use of my 8gig Voyager for nearly a year, its now coming up with the dreaded "USB Device not recognised". I've had this on (counted) SIX computers. So I guess i've got a dead drive. HOWEVER : Before sending the "Lets get it replaced" comment. Is there - ANY- way to recover the data off the drive? I've got mission critical data on there that I absolutely need. Second question : Is it possible to upgrade to the GT for a price? Thanks, Raa. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 16, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 16, 2007 As long as the drive is detected and a drive letter is assigned yes you can try some of the third party utilities that are available that may help you if you have some data you need to recover from this site. And I am not sure you can ask our customer service about that question.
Raa
Bugger, I dont get a drive letter up, Windows simply shows it as an unrecognised device, so that's that I guess! :( What's the process to start the replacement, and who/when do I ask about upgrading to the GT please :) Thanks, Raa.
