Memtest 86+ errors, yet stable, replace?

Hello,

Long story short I suspected my video card was dying and ran some individual stress tests to make sure it wasn't due to another component. The video card indeed turned out to be deteriorating. Anyway, when I ran memtest86+ it reported 600+ errors, which absolutely floored me. I have never experienced any instability that is typically associated with bad ram. I ran the modules individually and one had single digit errors while the other one had the 600+ worth. I have 2gb of the xms pc3200 memory rated at 3-3-3-8. I increased the ram voltage to 2.7 which seems to help some people, but the test results were the same. The ram isnt being overclocked, and is at the default 3-3-3-8 timings. I typically follow the creed if it isn't broke don't fix it, and my machine has thus far been stable. My question is should keep the ram as is or request an rma to avoid future instability? Any input would be geatly appreciated.
