Newly built computer reboots without warning

Hello. I have just built a new PC (my first DIY comp) with the following specs:

Mobo Giga-Byte GA-965P-S3

CPU Core 2 Duo 6300

Vid Giga-Byte GeForce 7300GT 256MB

RAM Corsair Twin2X1024-5400C4

I am having problems with my computer rebooting without warning. I originally thought it was purely random but there is at least one instance that I can reproduce the rebooting. If I load a Flash Player movie in Firefox, it reboots immediately. I ran memtest with both sticks setup for dual channel. I ran the windows based version and as soon as I click 'start' the computer rebooted. I then proceeded to test each stick seperately. One stick passed, one failed. However the stick that passed still produced the Flash video reboot case. I wondering what I need to do via my BIOS in order to stabilize the memory or do I send the memory in?

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.0 volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
