RMA question

Hello

I sent in a stick of ram back in December and recieved a case,and RMA number, and mailed the faulty stick into the addy provided. But have yet to hear or recieve anything back from that date.

 

What do I do now?

I am sorry we do not show that they are in process as of yet, if you have tracking info that shows they have been delivered I would suggest calling our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext "0".
