Knowing I have a definite failed half of a twin set of 6400 C4D.My concern will

my RMA claim be taken ? As I`d received the twin memory modules as a present. Sent from the U.S.A to the UK by a friend. He tells me he still has a receipt . I fear a long drawn out uncertain outcome. Can anyone please relay

what can be expected as I have never had to rma anything let alone a transatlantic return.

Thank you for the most agreeable reply the RMA request form demands an American State address so unable to submit request. Will the pdf avenue work ?

Anyway I`ve been rummaging around the forums reading and picking up the pearls. Once this hurdle is past will return for the insights.

I am not so sure in the RMA Request knowledge department ! Which post ID is used ? Tried Tech Support

Express my post id resulted in Server Error ! Rma is new territory.

Yes and you can try your reseller if you are not in the USA, but if they will not or cannot help you then you would have to submit the RMA directly and your POST ID # = 285181 is at the top of your post!
