Warranty without receipt...

I did a search but couldn't find anything...


Do you need the original receipt for the warranty?


Some people says "yes if there is a problem"... What do they mean if there is a problem? Problem with the memory needing replacement? or records problem (ie.: memories are reported stolen)? In other words, when do you need the receipt for a RMA/warranty?


Another quick question... is the warranty transferable?

I would just submit the request and our customer service will ask for it if its needed. The reason it might be needed would be if the module is not our part (IE counterfeit) or there were is some physical problem with the module.
