Corsair Nightmare

I did own 2 x 1 gig of XMS2 6400 ram, of which one stick just stopped working. I contacted clockers (overclockers UK) and was told it probably would take 4-6 weeks to get an exchange via clockers RMA. I was informed by overclockers UK that it would be quicker for me to send my ram back to corsair in Fremont C.A. Its now been 4 weeks, and my courier claims the item was delivered on the 5th Feb, but corsair claims it hasnt. Now i cannot get no mail response from either the royal mail, or corsair in the states. Im not best pleased....


and yes the item was insured for its value, but royail mail states that if its delivered on their records, no claim can be made. A sad day indeed :mad:
