RMA 208687 - over 3 months now

I returned the defective ram last November. On Dec 2006 Kimberly emailed me with this message:


We have received your return, however the part you returned is now

obsolete and we do not have a direct or upgrade replacement


We have three options for an exchange, please let me know which one

would best fit your needs;

1. Exchange for the 3200C2 or 3200C2PRO series

2. Upgrade to the DDR2 platform (6400C4 series)

3. Issue a refund based on your original invoice



I elected to take refund, and Kimberly sent me this message Dec 26:


I will process this request for you now and we will mail a check out to

you. Please allow about two weeks to receive the check. Thank you for all

your patience and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused




Everything seems fine, except that I haven't received any refund check yet.


I then mail Kimberly asking the status, she replied:


Please be advised that we have not yet received your part into our system. Can you please provide me with the tracking number used when sending your RMA back to us? Thank you.



In the very first message it was clearly stated my returned had been received by Corsair. Now my previous posting (last Nov) on forum can not be found. My tracking number is lost. Please advise what I can do to receive my refund.
