Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200PT TwinX (faulty stick)

Hiya,

I ordered my Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200PT TwinX (2x1GB) from https://www.overclockers.co.uk on 10th December 2006 and one stick has turned up faulty.

Yesterday my PC froze and wouldn't turn back on so I checked all the usual stuff and then came to checking the RAM. The PC won't boot up at all with the faulty stick, I've tried all available slots and nothing helps. I've also tried my currently working stick in all available slots and it works 100% no errors.

The site I purchased the RAM from has currently stopped selling this particular range so I thought it was best to come to the source if you will. I paid roughly £200 for the set only a few months ago so I'm fairly upset one stick has already gone faulty.

Any help on getting a replacement would be great, I'm sure I saw you cover your products for atleast 1 year when I purchased the RAM but as the site no longer stocks it I cannot check.

Here's a print screen of my account as prove of purchase date.
