ASUS P5N32-E SLI and Corsair 8500C5D DDR2 issues...

Recommended Posts

Hi 2 all!

I bought an Asus P5N32-E SLI board (Bios 0902) with 2 x 1024 Corsair 8500C5D sticks and an Intel Core 2 Quad Xtreme processor. After booting for the first time my pc, it showed SLI-Ready Memory found @ 1067 MHz but it was not stable at all. After playing around with the different BIOS settings I got it stable at : AI Overclock, 15% Overclock and SLI-Ready Memory @ 5% and FSB 306. At this point everything is STABLE and my 2 XFX 8800 GTX in SLI produce 15770 3DMarks06.

Is there any way I can go to the 1066 memory rate without sacrifising stabillity or am I at the maximum this board can go???

Please advise!!!! Thanks!
