Striker Extreme + TWIN2X2048-8500C5

Here are the specs:

Module Part Number: TWIN2X2048-8500C5

Motherboard: Asus Striker Extreme

BIOS version: 0901

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2.40 GHz

Power Supply: SilverStone SST-ST60F-GM 600W ATX PFC

Video Card: Asus EN8800GTX/HTDP/768M PCI-E

And here is the issue:

Two 1Gb RAM-sticks, A and B. If I use only A everything works fine. If I use only B startup gets stuck at "PCI INIT" (shows on little LED screen on back of comp), can't get into BIOS. If I use both A and B startup gets stuck at DET DRAM, can't get into BIOS. Bought them a couple of weeks ago, worked fine up until now, then sudden restart and this.

What should I do?

Memory timing set to 5-5-5-15 T2 and legacy USB disabled. Ran test through once with ram stick A, no errors (will leave it on to run a couple of more runs once I've written this). Tried booting with ram stick B (using the same slot as previously used by A), but still stuck at "PCI INIT" (screen won't even turn on).
